MIT is looking for people who wish to support immigrants and refugees as mentors with their first contacts to clubs, committees or initiatives.

The goal is to reduce fears that can arise when you visit a club or group for the first time. The mentors at MIT are companions, consultants, explainers and mediators.

People who are active in clubs, groups, initiatives, networks, committees and much more are welcome to register to be active as a mentor at MIT.

There will be various training courses for potential mentors at MIT in early 2021. These training courses explain the basics of mentoring and give practical advice so that the support of immigrants and refugees works well.

The immigrants and refugees in turn receive training at MIT that prepares them for their voluntary and civic engagement.

People interested in working as a mentor are welcome to contact us and fill out the questionnaire.

Thank you so much!
