The MIT team has interviewed many third-country nationals in recent months. A structured questionnaire was used for the survey. The surveys were usually conducted orally by employees of the MIT team. There were also questionnaires that were filled out directly on paper or online. The immigrant questionnaire is still available online. New answers are integrated into the previous evaluations once a month.

A total of over 40 third-country nationals have so far answered the questionnaire. A first interesting finding is that many of them have been working in Germany for a longer period of time. Most are between the ages of 30 and 50. The main interest is in employees in sports, cultural and migrant associations, followed by interest in political and civil society volunteering.

The evaluation of the survey will be completed in August. First preliminary evaluations were the basis for the development of the MIT training modules. Some of the third-country nationals surveyed are directly involved in the development of the modules.
